Their prices were very reasonable. I also loved that they have an online system to store all of your pet's medical records and allow you to schedule your next appointment at a click of button. When I requested a prescription for flea, tick and heart-worm meds or emailed a question prior to our appointment, they responded almost instantaneously with a prescription or helpful reply.
The entire staff is absolutely the best. They care for the animals as if they were their own.
We recently decided to switch from another vet to Rolesville Vet because we weren’t crazy about our prior vet. I was hoping for a place with a little better customer service, and was overwhelmed by just how much more we liked Rolesville Vet. We’re so grateful we made the switch.
It is so nice to have found a veterinary hospital filled with people who are passionate about what they do and care about their patients. We can rest assured knowing that our puppy is in the best of hands.

Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It was clear from the moment we stepped in the door that they genuinely care about the health of their patients. We came in with incomplete records on our puppy who was rescued and had since been to two different veterinary hospital in different states. They wanted to be thorough so they made calls to all of the other hospitals to collect the complete records and make sure that our puppy was up-to-date on all of her vaccines.
I can’t say enough good things about Rolesville Veterinary Hospital! I wish they accepted human patients :)
I have been taking my two dogs here for some time, one is 15 years old, one is an abused rescue with issues. I had a scheduling conflict and when I asked to speak with management, in hopes of resolving the issue, the staff became very unfriendly, including hanging up on me. This place is much more expensive than my former vet, but they were closer, so we continued going here. But being rude and unfriendly is not where I want to be. My pets deserve better and I will go elsewhere.
The doctor we saw was very nice, patient, and took the time to give a thorough exam to both my dogs. Be careful of the "extras" that the doctor suggests-- if you have no underlying concerns you probably don't need all of the extras at the same time...
Great people, great facility. Reasonable costs, a lot less than our last vet (in NY).
