They have roaches everywhere. The owner was very rude when we sent our concern to her. She even blamed it back to us. What kind of customer service is that. She changed her tone after knowing I just wanted to let her know about this matter instead of asking for compensation. Very very RUDE.
ROACH-Infested Storage Facility!!! BEWARE!! You may no longer even want your belongings once you retrieve them from storage. Thousands of dollars in clothing and other personal belongings have been destroyed. Not only is this extremely devastating, but it is also slightly other-worldly. These creatures are enormous and down-right frightening. Most modern storage facilities have extreme pest control, but of course, not here. Enter at your own risk.
Was great clean super nice staff
We've used Storage Max for the past few months as we were preparing to place our home on the market. The facility is convenient to our location and is easy to get into/out of. We also compared the rates to those of other facilities in the area and found them to be comparable. The unit we rented is quite large (about the size of a one-car garage) and very secure. There is a code-protected security gate and the Rolesville Police Department is located just across the street, which adds an additional layer of security. I would be careful about stopping by at night as the lighting is a little low and it is difficult to see. Just plan ahead and take care of your activities in daylight and you'll be just fine.
We eneded up throwing away 4 mattresses and 4 box springs, book shelves, dressers, night stands, and lamps since I noticed there are dead roaches and bugs and poops and pees on our furniture. We didnt want those yucky stuff infested our new house in the future. I wish I could attach the pictures here so you all can see how nasty this storage is.
4/2/2015. If you are willing to THROW AWAY all your mattresses and box springs as well as furniture then go ahead and rent this storage.
P.S. Don't waste your time and money here. We spent 3 consecutive weekends to clean out every single thing we packed in this storage and transferred them to brand new boxes before taking them home.
