I've grown up with small town post offices and I can honestly say this one is one of my favorites.
It's also a treat to see her taking a much-deserved break during lunch (she starts her workday at 5am in Wake Forest) as she walks by Granite Falls.
Worst post office ever. Signed is, if there is no one there you will get no service..don't even ask no exceptions. Hours 900-1255, then shut down until 230...Lady always has a terrible attitude whenever you go.. Why even have the post office if are not going to be there for full service, just have a drop box!!
Rolesville is growing, and the post office hours is unacceptable, and lady in there should not work any job as a customer service. I saw lots of fake 5 stars here
Ms. Monnie has always been very polite to me. Even if I come in 3 minutes to closing, she still allows me to come in the building. She is in that place EVERYDAY, by herself and have to deal with the different attitudes and personalities of the people in the town. It's not her fault that when she asked for help, the postal service denied her wishes. If anything, you need to complain to the postal service about getting her some help. I dare anyone to walk in her shoes for two weeks! Let the haters hate Ms. Monnie! You are doing great!!
Best service and the the best Post Office in the area. Everyone in town loves Ms. Monie. I do a ton of shipping and she always has the best advise.
While I technically live in Wake Forest, I do all of my outgoing mailing through the Rolesville office. Ms. Monnie is a delight- prompt, courteous and she LOVES to be give my 3yr old some love when he's tagging along.
