This is the go to place in the area to get your scuba on if you cannot make it to the coast to do some ocean diving. The viz is usually 10 - 20 feet typical quarry diving and the water is also typical quarry temps. Sometime the man at the gate is a little rude but I guess that is his personality kind of like a scrooge. Anyway happy diving and be safe. Also this is cash only $20 to dive for the day $5 to sit on the shore and watch. No swimming or free diving!

Very nice SCUBA park, clean areas and lots to see underwater. There are 2 planes, a bus, 3 training platforms that are at about 20ish ft. The old rock crusher is still there.
First time there was last weekend and even on a cloudy day, still had decent viz. It's well kept and everybody there was super friendly. Great first experience.
It's a great place to dive for being pretty much in town with a bunch of little things under water to see and play with. The only downside was the steep $20 power divert fee and the old guy "payment Nazi" that comes around almost hourly accusing people of not paying.
