It has always been a pleasure to shop at Ace Hardware, as their employees are not only courteous, but knowledgeable and they do their best to make sure that every customer leaves the store with a smile.
I walked in the store a week ago and was immediately greeted by the cashier who was very nice, but the manager Arlene was not very nice at all! No smile, no energy, very indifferent. Just like many businesses out there unfortunately. It is very important for all staff (especially management) to beware that every single interaction (with a customer) forms an impression in the customers mind! One bad apple indeed, can spoil the entire bunch!
I've been having problems with these tiny bugs biting me and resently found the bites are coming from these things called no-see-ums. I've spent lots of money trying to rid these creatures from getting on me and in my clothes. I called the Rolesville store and they suggested that I use something called no-natz. Thanks to the young lady in the store, ( forgive me for not remembering her name) I have some relief from these things getting on me. Seems I'm highly allergic to them. Some still get on me, but not as many. Now if I could find something to get rid of the no-see-ums forever.

The difference between them and the big box stores is as clear between day and night, where the customer service at big box stores stinks, and nobody cares or want to help.
