I really enjoy shopping at Food Lion. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The produce is always so fresh. And I love that sale items are always on the shelves and the sales last sometimes for.weeks!
Food Lion is the closest grocery store to my house which makes it easy to run there to pick up a few items. They have good meats but I have found on sales you have to really look the package over because they have a bad habit of putting the really good pieces on top. I get home and find the undersides have turned color. But I do buy most meats there.

This had been our go-to grocery store for years now. Not only is it the closest one to us, we have been very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff. The few times we have had problems with something purchased they were quick to make things right.
