As they say, not fancy - but saves you money. Really friendly and helpful staff; quite a lot of options available for multiple price points. Have been wanting to visit for a long time and wasn't disappointed. We found just what we wanted. We will return when we have need again.

This is the second time I have purchased furniture from RF. This time part of the sectional we had started to sag after a year and one of the cushions had a run. I contacted them afraid that it was going to be a hassle because I wasn't sure that I filled out the warranty card. Kevin Eddins took control the moment I brought this matter to his attention. He fixed both issues with no questions. When the repair man was at our house my wife mentioned another issue and it was handled professionally and with no fuss. My wife and I were thrilled with the response and care from RF and will definitely use them again.
