They are very friendly and kind. I have been coming here for almost 2 years always have a great experience. I have a seven-year-old and a four-year-old they make them feel welcome and safe while they work on their teeth. It's a great place since we all can come at the same time and get work done a whole family service.
I was told by receptionist that my visit for cleaning would be 65$. When they called I was told I would have to have x-rays and an exam also if I wanted my teeth cleaned. Before this incident I was encouraged to purchase a dental plan to reduce my costs. I had a tooth filled several weeks before this. I was told it would be $120 with my dentamax plan. But before I had the tooth filled they had to have an x.ray of tooth....more money. Then the 120 for working on the tooth. I paid the $120. And asked how much it was prior to the dentamax plan and the younger receptist told me it was $120. The older receptionist look flustered and told me a different amount. I'm in process of finding a new dentist. I have asked them to have the dentist call me to discuss. I have called twice and the dentist won't call me.
I Have always had a great experience here since my daughters have been coming here. Apparently when I was here a year ago I accidentally left a pic of my daughters behind and the staff there kept it all this time and gave it back to me at there next appointment. That's customer service!! I My daughters will continue coming here for years to come they treat them like family.
My kids just had their first dental experience at Horizon. It was fantastic! The staff, along with Dr. Grant, were friendly, calm, and patient. We are all looking forward to their next visit.
Beware of this place the rate you're told is more than likely to double by the time you're billed. I agree with other reviwers it's definitely a money mill.
